Barratt Homes – Tradewinds

Located on Blake Group’s doorstep in Leith Edinburgh, Barratt Homes Tradewinds development was the next collaboration with our 80 year old engineering firm and the UK’s largest housebuilder.

Barratt Homes was the housebuilder for Tradewinds in Edinburgh. It was a contemporary mixed-use development on a former office site in the heart of Leith, which is providing 150 homes.

Blake Group’s role in this development was to provide all the external steelwork. This included the black steel balconies and architectural steel to complete the look of the buildings.
