As well as our Trade Marked TEBU rectangular tanks, Blake Group also manufacture above ground vertical and horizontal cylindrical tanks.
Single skin or bunded, with capacity from 200 to 50,000 litres, these can be produced for different products and uses, including storage and distribution of a variety of liquids.
Tanks are manufactured to British Standards using qualified welders and fabricators, working with both carbon and stainless steels. Tanks are designed to suit the product being stored, available space on site and any specific client requirements. We specialise in fabricating custom built tanks for a wide range of clients including oil distributors, chemical storage facilities, tank farms and the offshore industry. Tanks can be single skin or bunded. Integrally bunded cylindrical tanks are ideal for when other bunding, such as brick bunds, is not appropriate.

British Standard Tanks
Cylindrical tanks are designed, manufactured and tested to BS799-5:2010 and BS EN 12285-2. Blake Group welders are tested and qualified to BS EN ISO 15614-1:2004 for both carbon steel and stainless steel. All our carbon steel tanks are finished with zinc-rich oil-resistant paint externally as standard. Special finishes such as shot blasting, marine finish, galvanising, powder coating and internal coatings can be quoted. A wide range of tank accessories are available for us to fit to your tank, including gauges, alarms, pumps and overfill prevention devices. Insulation, if required, can either be fitted to the tank before dispatch or on site. Delivery and offloading on site can also be arranged, including cranage if necessary.
Purchasing a Blake Group OFS T200 OFTEC certified tank guarantees compliance with the oil storage regulations. We also recommend that the guidance given in GPP 2 is followed whenever a tank is considered for any site.
