We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our daily operations and ensure efficient office management within our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years administrative experience (manufacturing/industrial environment preferred)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure in a production-driven environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
As a administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage daily administrative operations within the manufacturing office
- Prepare, process, and maintain production, inventory and delivery documentation
- Coordinate communication between production, sales, procurement and management teams
- Handle filing systems, data entry and record keeping (physical and digital)
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing and supplier documentation
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as required
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports and maintain internal correspondence
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and personnel records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety documentation standards
