Blake group are currently looking for steel fabrication team leaders

Working Steel Fabrication Team Leaders required for growing 75 year old family Steel Fabrication Company involved in Architectural and Secondary Steelwork both in workshop and sites, reporting to Fabrication Manager.

We are looking for experienced fitter/welders with good man management skills. Good communication skills capable of liaising with clients on a day to day basis. Ability to carry out necessary administration tasks, covering all production and commercial areas.

We are looking for leaders of people with a make it happen attitude. An outgoing personality with a willingness to communicate well with your team is essential. You will have skill and willingness to support and encourage your team, on occasion and if required be able to discipline or pull into line your team.

Requirements

• CSCS Card
• Driving License
• Good Communication Skills
• 10 Years Experience in Steel Fabrication Work
• Ability to Man Manage a squad
• Administration Skills internal paperwork
• A Drive to ensure Quality is of the Highest Standard
• Willing to work overtime as required necessary for meeting delivery dates
• Willing to ensure Clients requirements are met
• Ensure all H & S requirements are met
• 1st Aid Certification advantageous
• A good sense of humour advantageous
