Bellevue Colonies nominated for Best Development Award

Glencairn Properties’ Bellevue Colonies development has been nominated for the Homes for Scotland (NHBC) 2015 Best Development (over 26 units) award.

The project provides 37 Colony style homes on the edge of Edinburgh’s New Town. Bellevue Colonies designed by EMA Architects showcases the company’s contemporary style and attention to detail.

Millers nominated for Best House Type with ‘The Heriot’

Also nominated for an award in the Best Home Design category are Miller Homes for ‘The Heriot’ house type at their Polofields development in Colinton Edinburgh, a project that Blakes have also assisted with the provision of architectural steelwork.
