We are proud to announce our membership of The 5% Club, a formal acknowledgement of a long held view at Blakes that business should be about improving lives!

We currently have 3 first year and 4 third year apprentices in training, representing around 12% of our workforce. In addition, one of our longer serving members of staff has recently started a degree course and moved into a part time role to support his studies, while another is undertaking out of hours further qualifications, sponsored by Blakes.
