Baxter’s, Edinburgh’s first ‘boutique hostel’ opened it’s doors to accommodate visitors in time for this summer’s festivals.

The Metal Centre have assisted providing steelwork and bespoke furniture and fittings to Mike Baxter’s own design.
Converting a listed structure in the heart of a World Heritage Site is never straightforward, however when there are bookings to accommodate for the start of the Festival, Blakes worked alongside Mike, 24/7 to deliver.
