Crown House receive tanks with stands
Crown House Technologies (part of Laing O’Rourke) has recently received two 16,000 litre heating oil storage tanks from Blake Group. The tanks are used to provide heating oil to the Roseberry Park Hospital Project in Middlesborough.
Both tanks include an integrated support stand to provide gravity feed from the tank outlet. The fill points of both tanks will be piped to a separate cabinet, also built by Blake Group, and supported on a floor-standing galvanised steel frame.
Pressure transducer probes within each tank are connected to the Building Management System, relaying data to constantly update information on the tank contents.
Galvanised cat ladders and flowforge flooring allow access to the tank manways for routine inspection and maintenance.
