Complex Solenoid Valve Bunded Tank Heads South To Essex & Suffolk Water
Essex & Suffolk Water (Part of the Northumbrian Water Ltd group of companies) receives a special 2,500Ltr OFS T-200 steel bunded tank.
Due to a complex arrangement of internal pipework which includes multiple shut of valves, bypass valve arrangement and an electronic solenoid valve, the purpose built steel tank has an extended bund to accommodate all additional fixtures and easy access.
Even with a relatively small primary tank capacity the OFTEC certified unit weighs approximately two tonnes and has been designed to provide back-up generator support for the Steven’s Farm booster station located close to Rayleigh in Essex.
