Tanks under 3500 litres comply with the Control of Pollution act 2001 (COP2001) in England and under 2500 litres comply with the Waste Environment Regulations 2006 (WER2006) in Scotland.

Above these capacities the tank must be situated in a suitable bund to contain 110% of the tanks brimful volume. Alternatively choose a Totally Enclosed Bunded Unit from our  TEBU Waste Oil (WO) range.
