What is OFS T100?
[Refers to plastic tank manufacturing - generally for domestic use]

OFS T100 is the standard defined by OFTEC (Oil Firing Technical Association) for above ground bunded plastic oil storage tanks, and is the ONLY guarantee that a new tank will comply with the Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) Regulations 2001, Water Environment (Oil Storage) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 and The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010.

Some suppliers claim that their tanks ‘fully comply’ with the environmental regulations, but OFS T100 is your only ‘cast iron’ guarantee of compliance when choosing a plastic tank.
